Lady Gaga is a stickler for keeping to a healthy routine, according to her choreographer, LaurieAnn Gibson.
Earlier this year, the sensational and controversial singer fainted during a concert in New Zealand. Since then, Gaga watches what she eats and makes sure what she’s eating is healthy, says People magazine.
Gibson said, “It’s all about salsa with grain chips, tofu, turkey slices, hummus, and coconut water.”
But even healthy eaters need to bust a move sometimes, she added.
“We’ll have a toast or two with a little white wine.”
Lady Gaga most recently performed in St. Paul, Minnesota to rave reviews. The Star Tribune said in comparison to Madonna’s, Beyonce’s and Britney’s tours, “the Monster Ball has the potential to be the biggest pop monster tour of them all.”
Gaga is in the middle of her worldwide “The Monster Ball Tour.” She will be in the United States until September, will head off to Europe for the winter, and then back to North America for the spring stretch of her tour, which has dates scheduled until the beginning of May in 2011.
