Roasted Chicken-breast with Cherry Tomatoes and Asparagus

Make this recipe for one in a snug-fitting baking dish or to save on washing-up, a little tinfoil tray.

All you need is:

Chicken Breast

Asparagus

6 Halved Cherry Tomatoes

Fresh Rosemary

Sea Salt

Black Pepper

Olive Oil

White Wine

Take about 25-30 minutes and serve with balsamic vineger.
