Who am I and why should you listen to me?
Firstly, welcome and thank you for visiting my blog.
You came here looking for your enlightening journey with me and it is my passion to help you arrive at your destination. I know you are excited as I am to make changes within yourself and see the evidence in your life. You have taken the first step in becoming a better person for the greater good.
My name is Erial and I am the creator and the writer of this blog 🙂 Most of you know me by my two nicknames (you will see it throughout my Blog, Twitter and Facebook pages): Ez or Ezza.
I reside in the sunny Gold Coast, Australia for 7 years with my husband, two Siberian Huskies and my cat. I enjoy traveling the globe, explore and experience different cultures and languages – I am working on this one 🙂 I have passion for health, fitness, nutrition; music and writing. Seriously, you’ll never find me without a good book, tea and my beanie!
Since I can remember… My path… My early childhood was filled with writing, playing music and having fun. Specifically in that order and somewhere along my lifeline I began struggling with other commitments and social pressures, like holding a job, further education, relationships, bills and social life. We become the rat that never stops running the treadmill and forget our roots: dreams, passions and hobbies.
Writing is my life, my passion. I started writing at the age of eight and never have really stopped. It took me until recent years to realize I was becoming more and more pinched off from source – my passion. Until, my sister. She has inspired me to be great by her example, her drive and her leadership. I, thank her everyday for showing me the way to being a better person and finding harmony in my life.
So, began the journey to become a better person all year round.
Disclaimers! Read carefully!I didn’t develop self-discipline – I found my passion!
I didn’t lose weight by sticking to a diet – I changed my relationship with food.
I didn’t learn to manage my time – I got my priorities straight.
I didn’t make everyone like me – I cut on judging, gossiping and complaining instead.
I didn’t force myself into self-improvement – I started living consciously.
I didn’t solve the world hunger problem – I simply made my life purpose helping one person at a time.
Everything else took care of itself.
What have I achieved?
I have changed my eating habits and choosing to eat heather! 🙂
I have successfully overcome most of my limiting beliefs and noticeably improved my financial situation
I have created my morning ritual, where I wake up at early to meditate and workout 10-20 minutes 5-6 times a week (something that had seemed unrealistic for me just a few years ago) with Zuzka Light.
I have dedicated a lot of time in studying personal development, writing, business and mediation to help others be the best they can be.
Through my website, Twitter and Facebook I have met many wonderful, open-hear-ted and interesting people, who have taught me more than I could have ever learned from all the psychology books. They are my inspiration and moral support.
